Measuring fixture for digital measurement

The measuring fixture is used for the precise fixturing of workpieces or components during digital measurement using optical, tactile, or laser-based measuring systems. The goal is to minimize measurement deviations caused by movement or tension in the workpiece and ensure reproducible positioning.

Test gauge

The inspection gauge is characterized by high precision with a manufacturing tolerance of ±0.03 mm. It is equipped with sensors that detect both the correct positioning of the component and the successful completion of the test. The modular design allows for easy adaptation to different tolerance specifications – including interchangeable cylindrical pins and slides for the slides. In addition, color coding directly on the gauge ensures a clear distinction between good and bad parts, thus supporting error-free evaluation.
