Solutions with 3D printing – where our strengths lie
Individual Products
Industrial 3D printing offers significant cost advantages over conventional manufacturing processes.
While milled and welded parts often have to be manufactured in several steps, comparable 3D-printed parts can be manufactured ready for use.
The result: only one component needs to be manufactured – less assembly, greater tightness and lower costs.

Complex Geometry
3D printing offers clear advantages, especially in series production: complex geometries, such as flow or cooling channels with small diameters, cannot be manufactured or cleaned using conventional tools. With HP Multi Jet Fusion, we manufacture internal channels from Ø ~3 mm – even angled or branched ones.
You benefit from direct functional integration into the component without time-consuming post-processing.
Lightweight construction for grippers & automation
In automation, end effectors are the main factor determining cycle times. Topology-optimized grippers (e.g., for yogurt cups) not only reduce weight but also generate higher dynamics and energy savings. Grippers can be quickly and easily customized and manufactured using 3D printing.

Devices & Tools
Manufacturing and testing fixtures, as well as tools, must be readily available, ergonomic, and lightweight. The solution: 3D-printed fixtures with integrated cable channels, sensor mounts, and scale markings.
You benefit from shorter development times, improved handling, and faster adjustments.
Dimensional accuracy & tolerances
Tight tolerances, fits, or sealing surfaces often have to be taken into account for components or fixtures. We ensure dimensional accuracy through targeted CNC post-processing (milling, drilling, threading). On request, we can provide a measurement report—either for the 3D-printed part alone or after complete processing.
The result: precise components with documented quality.

Lightweight Construction
Components or devices must be technically precise and visually high-quality – often with additional markings or functions. We combine post-processing, finishing, and assembly:
-
Painting & coating: Series-ready end products such as GPS antennas or housings.
-
Embossing & engraving: Scales, logos, and functional surface structures.
-
Assembly: Pre-assembly of inserts, seals, and mechanical components.
-
Face milling: Production of absolute flatness, e.g., on sealing surfaces.
For components that are technically, functionally, and visually impressive – ready for assembly and suitable for series production.
Other areas of application
-
Automotive & aviation: lightweight components, assembly fixtures, functional prototypes
-
Mechanical engineering & plant construction: fluid guidance, cooling channels, testing and manufacturing fixture
-
Robotics & automation: grippers, end effectors, ergonomic tools
-
Interior design & architecture: design objects, functional one-offs, small series
